At Peroni&Parise we mourn with deep sadness the passing of Mauro Villanova, our production manager. There are journeys that leave a lasting impression: the one shared with Mauro is one of them.

Having joined the company five years ago, Mauro accompanied us in an important period of growth and transformation, concretely contributing to the development of the production area and the consolidation of processes. His approach was direct, pragmatic, always focused on results and solid solutions. In the last year he had found a new challenges in the MES project, to which he had dedicated himself with growing interest. He appreciated its operational value and its ability to bring order, data and vision inside production. It was not just mere technology to him, but rather a real tool for evolving the way we work.

Mauro was not someone who liked to be the centre of attention. Reserved and even gruff at times yet sincere and reliable, he always showed a strong sense of responsibility towards his role and the company.

His passing leaves a void that will be difficult to fill, but also a tangible legacy made up of projects set in motion, expertise, and a clear direction.
