2024 was a challenging year, full of satisfactions and innovations for Peroni & Parise. This past year, our company has experienced constant growth and has renewed its commitment to the enhancement of the artisanal quality of our jewelry, the talent of the people around us and for the respect of those surrounding us. Here are the most significant moments of these past twelve months that we have the pleasure to share with you.

The new catalogue

We have updated our catalogue, which is also available on our website. New jewels, born from the development of our most iconic collections, in line with the latest trends in the goldsmith sector. Contemporary developments and unique, timeless pieces with the possibility of customizing rings, necklaces, bracelets or earrings in the Rose collection.

Sustainability and certifications

In December 2024 we celebrated the first anniversary of our RJC COP certification, a milestone that proves our daily commitment to reducing environmental impact, promoting ethical relationships, respecting human rights and transparent communication with our stakeholders. Another important step was the participation in the ESG assessment with the achievement of the B score, which certifies a good level of adequacy with respect to the ESG principles of our company.

Valuable partnerships and team building

This year we have continued our valuable collaboration with GAVI, an excellent training institute, which has brought several young people to our workshop and given us two curricular interns at the moment. A partnership that has helped enlarge our team: there were four (three stone setters and one resource dedicated to the commercial backoffice) additions during 2024, two of which have come from GAVI.

In addition, to strengthen collaboration and improve communication between us, we have started a team building project with Tommaso Cuccarolo that will last until this year’s February. A team which is in constant growth, also thanks to the fact that in June we celebrated our first anniversary in our new headquarters, finishing up the works to optimise the spaces.

KIRAN – Ray of light, a new journey

With her disruptive energy and sensitivity, our Valeria, co-owner of Peroni & Parise, has involved us in KIRAN – Raggio di Luce, a new voluntary organization that aims to bring concrete help to those who are particularly disadvantaged in India, Nepal and Italy.

We finished last year with gratitude for our achievements and a confident look to the future. Thanks to those who have accompanied us on this journey: your trust is our most precious jewel.
